I. scientific design scheme
1. Come to the site at the first time after receiving customer information and observe and measure the site.
2. Put forward reasonable design plan according to the actual situation of the site and the specific requirements of customers.
3. Communicate and coordinate the scheme with customers in detail, and modify it until the customers are satisfied.
4. Our design team has more than 3 years of work experience. We can choose the most reasonable shelf system to recommend to customers according to their site and actual needs. We have a perfect design process for foreign customers to ensure that the drawings are designed precisely and accurately without error.
2. Accurate production delivery date
1. Calculate the product details at the first time after obtaining the customer's order.
2. Business Assistant will contact the warehouse immediately to check the inventory. If the inventory is in stock, confirm the delivery time with the customer.
3. If there is no stock of non-standard specifications or customized products, the production order will be produced immediately by the production department.
4. The production cycle of the factory is usually 7 to 10 working days. During the production period, the business assistant will follow up the production progress at any time. If there is any abnormality, it will be solved in time. If the delivery time is affected, the first time will be to communicate and negotiate with customers.
3. Safe and efficient installation services
1. The delivery and installation time will be confirmed with the customer in advance, so that the customer can prepare well.
2. Installation services are provided by professional installation personnel, and special installation positions are trained and certified.
3. Follow the customer's requirements in the installation process, and do not disturb the normal work or life of the customer.
4. The installation site shall be divided by the installation person in charge, and the installation shall be carried out according to the drawings issued by the design department in order to avoid unnecessary errors.
IV. After-sales Service Commitment
1. Respond within 2 hours after receiving customer demand call.
2. Provincial customers will arrange technical personnel to deal with the situation within 12 hours. Provincial customers can solve problems within 48 hours and record and file them.
3. The replacement of the products involved shall be completed within three days.
4. Feedback from customers should be dealt with promptly.
5. Visit customers regularly to record and resolve their opinions and suggestions.
V. Warranty Period
1. The warranty period is five years. During the warranty period, the Seller shall arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving the notice for inspection and repair of the quality problems arising from normal use. The maintenance fee shall be borne by the seller.
2. If the fault is caused by human factors or overweight, the seller is still liable for maintenance, but the loss and maintenance cost shall be borne by the user.
3. In line with the principle of good faith, friendliness and long-term cooperation, after the expiration of the warranty period, if maintenance is required, the seller only charges the buyer for materials and labor costs.
